Royde & Tucker Door Pivot Set - Self Centering Frame Mounted Lower Pivot, Radius Corners - Satin Stainless Steel

Pivot hinge set from Royde & Tucker that allows a door to swing in either direction and comes to rest in the closed position.

Suitable for medium duty internal doors with a maximum door weight of 80kg.

Constructed from stainless steel, it is British made to ensure quality.

Technical details:

• Minimum door thickness 44mm
• Medium duty for internal doors weighing up to 80kg when floor mounted
• Maximum door width 1100mm, when jamb mounted
• Radiused corners on door plates and fop centre frame bracket
• For 44mm doors a 9mm radius is required on the back vertical edges
• For 54mm doors a 15mm radius is required on the back vertical edges
• Requires door/frame head gap of 9.4mm to allow door to rise and fall

Please note:

• Your door frame MUST be square and level before installation
• Self centering door pivots are NOT suitable for Fire Doors
